Hi everyone, I've decided to try the Alternate day diet, it seems like something I can stick to and I love the fact that I can eat regularly every other day so it makes it a little more tolerable. Is anyone else doing this diet? If so, how successful have you been? Started today and hope to have lost a few pounds by the time I start a fitness boot camp on 4/1
