I'm only 20 but have been overweight for most of my life. By my junior year in high school, I was at my highest, around 215 lbs. I decided to make a change, and by last summer, I had come down to around 155 lbs. By the end of the summer though, I decided it would be a good idea to stop eating... such an AWFUL idea! By December my weight came down to around 130, but as a result I've had cardiac issues, problems with depression, and all sorts of stuff. So please everyone, don't do what I did! It is SO not worth it! Plus, I just gained a lot of my weight back once I started to eat again anyway.
Now I'm here, and ready to lose it all again.. this time the healthy way!

Sarah, and thank you so much for sharing your mistake and the consequences. Hopefully it will help someone else to avoid doing the same thing. I'm sorry you had to learn the hard way but at least you DID learn from it and decide to turn things around.
