HI!!!
Welcome!

May I ask how do you keep track (weight loss, calories etc.)? I've found that I lose more weight when I keep track of what I eat and how I was feeling that day. Nothing drawn out, it's usually just a couple of sentences. But the notebook added enough structure to help me keep track of things. I can't tell you how many times I've written "I JUST WANT CHEESE!!" in my notebook. I also have one page dedicated entirely to the weigh-ins I have on a weekly basis. It gives you a really good over all picture of how much you lose and how much you have left.
