S/C/G: Peak 300/Restart 270/Goal 130

Height: 5'4.5'

Default 90 Pounds Gone - 70 to Go.

As of this morning I have now lost 90 pounds.

wow. it feels crazy to say that.

Still have 70 to go, but like the first part of the journey, I am only focusing on the next 5 so I don't get overwhelmed.

Interesting thing is first time I go up to this weight (190) I felt like a disgusting huge cow. How - I feel skinny. I guess compared to 280, this is skinny. LOL

To everyone working at losing - keep it up! Do it one day at a time, one meal at a time and it all adds up.

That's awesome, Kat! You're more than halfway there. The next 70 should be a breeze, right? LOL. Probably not. It's very hard work, but clearly you are willing and able to do it! Keep it up!

WOW... That is Super! You have done so well. Thank you for your inspiring story. Being more than 1/2... its like you are closer to your goal then your worst weight.. and that is a good sight to see. The light is getting closer!

The best part about this journey is that it's not all or nothing. I have lost about 75 with 25 to go and I am feeling great. Not as great as I will at my goal, but a lot better than 75, 50, or even 25 lbs ago!

90 lbs!!! That's incredible! Congrats on your loss! You mentioned that you felt at 190 that you felt like a cow the first time around, & now you feel skinny...isn't that the most wonderful, liberating feeling???? You are awesome!
