Hello, starting again
Hi, I'm in my late 40s. I spent the last 5 years working part-time and attending university in order to earn a Bachelor's degree. It was a wonderful experience to learn and to expand my knowledge, however, all that time spent sitting, reading & writing also expanded my backside and waistline. Too many late nights, too much coffee, lack of exercise and improper diet have also taken a toll on my general health.
Now that I've graduated, it's time to set a new goal, regaining my health and vitality. To do that, I'm going to have to drop 47 lbs. Here I go!
