Hiya, I'm 38 mom of 3. I started getting heavy in my twenties..and as I got older it got worse. I was 130 at 20, 150 at 30 and then kids came! When i first got pregnant i was 174, My first son I gained 67 lbs, went down to 220 and stayed there + or - 10-20 lbs a kid. After my youngest turned 3 I started the Dukan Diet. Which worked wonderfully and I got down to 171...then for some reason I sabotaged myself (do that often) and went back up to 191, which is where I'm at now. Rather the. Doing Dukan, I'm counting calories right now, trying to exercise everyday, but I have 2 bad knees...so it's difficult to do cardio. We're going to FL in 2 months so i hope to get to my 170 goal by then! Anywho that's me in a nutshell. I'm thankful for the support that goes on here and I look forward to being a loser! In a good way. Lol
