Hi there. I just joined here looking for support and encouragement with weight loss.
I am a 33-year old husband and father. I've struggled with my weight for nearly all of my life. My weight has been up and down and all over the place for the past 15 years. I've lost some weight so far. I'm focusing on eating whole, non-processed foods, and keeping my hunger level a little below 'comfortable'. I try to exercise 5-6 times per week - weight training, spinning, or running. Last summer I ran a 10k and Half Marathon.
It's just time for me to really get re-focused and back on track. Looking forward to talking to you
