I am intruding myself is all. I currently weigh 255lbs and my goal is to weigh 160. I am 21 years old and yes... I am ready to be healthy. My main fitness plan is to use Xbox Dance Central 3 and Kinect Adventures as well as walking on a daily basis (once it gets warmer)... my dogs will love walking everynight. I only weighed 205lbs until last year when I started my new job at a gas station... full of junk food. Any tips and tricks people would give me will be much appreciated... thank you
