Hi-
I keep going back and forth and trying different diets. I weigh about 250 pounds right now and would like to get down to about 170 and see how that works for me.
I am tired of being fat and tired of looking at myself in the mirror every day. Tried Atkins, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, and always got off track with all of those. I need a support system or something. I seem to have a food addiction to the wrong types of foods.
Anyway, I'm here and desperate enough to try anything to lose weight.
