Hi everyone .. I'm new to the site .. not new to dieting. I successfully lost 43 pounds 2 years ago using My Fitness Pal. Then my thyroid went crazy and I gained most of it back. I just started Ideal Protein last week and my first weigh in is tomorrow. So far so good ... can't wait to see what the number is. I "feel" like I've lost something. Lots of good information here
