Over a year ago I had decided to start calorie counting and had lost 30lb...YAY me! I proved to myself that I could do it. Then I got over confident and stopped being as diligent. Here I am again, only this time I'm 6lb heavier than when I started last time.
Three weeks ago I made a small change, no carbs at lunch. It wasn't easy at first, and yes, I did get frustrated sometimes. Now it's old hat

My first goal was to
stop gaining weight and as of this morning, mission accomplished! I actually lost two pounds!
I'm not sure what my next small change is going to be, but I have noticed that I'm eating less carbs for dinner without even thinking about it.
Anyway, I'm glad to be back!
