Hello all happy to have found this forum. My name is Phyllis, I am currently 232 and trying to lose 50 to 80 pounds for my nieces wedding in October. I started the body by vi transformation kit and so far so good. I lost 7 pounds in a healthy way in 2 weeks. I'm just starting to exercise to enhance it, so I will see how it goes. What types of other plans are everyone else on in here?
