Default Here I go. I'M GOING TO DO THIS!
I just ordered my first month of Medifast. My goal...scratch that. My COMMITMENT is to stick to this plan for 4-6 months and to lose at least 60 pounds. I'm tired and I'm ready to make a change. WISH ME LUCK!
