Slowly Starting
Hello all. I am new around here and am slowing working on getting in shape and loosing weight. At the moment I am not rushing into things as I am not wanting to jump into something too quickly and ending up failing. Now here is some history on myself. I am short being only 4'11" but at the moment am weighing in at 158 lbs. My starting goal weight is going to be 130 and then once I hit that will readjust. I have officially started a couple of days ago but just came to this forum today. Tomorrow I am going to take my starting measurements even though i should of done it already but a couple of days late is better then never lol. I have started to eating a little better but still not doing a major change. I will get there eventually but yet again I am doing things slowly. Right now my main focus is to get moving more then I have been. I started by walking .6 miles for two days and then moved up to almost a mile today and tomorrow am going to bump it up to 1.25 miles and am going to leave it there for a while. Slowly I will get back into the swing of things.
