Tickers and Signatures:
There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.
Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.
1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.
For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.
2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Just plugging along 100% OP. Planning for a week long vacation100% OP, trying to get everything packed. Well not starting my 30 till Mother's Day on the right foot. Had a very unplanned Sunday, totally of my own doing, and gained 2# on my WI last night. At least my scale is back down this morning. I have many events in the next few weeks and I WILL plan ahead and make sure I stay OP. I will keep my eye on the prize. NO LONGER BEING OVERWEIGHT.. .
I came to work early to get stuff done, and where am I? Just poppin in to 3FC.... sheesh! I need a 12 step programme for y'all

So all those cloths that have been in the back of my closet for the last year because they were just to small are now moving up to the front and there is a pile on the floor that are just to big that is getting bigger yeah!

Nolawhodatchick - I'm right there with you. We can do it! I plan on staying OP while I'm gone! We leave next wednesday. I've already made an order from Nashua and had it shipped to where I'll be staying. All I really have to worry about is getting in my veggies. They are in a rural area, so the selection is pretty limited. I might be eating a lot of steamed broccoli! My biggest hurdle is putting aside my feelings of "inconveniencing" people with my food requests. I think I might also pick up some RTD's from walmart when we land just to have another back-up! I'm guessing I might have to replace a couple of my protein meals with a couple shakes. It just depends on where we are and what my options are at that time! I would much rather be prepared with the extra drinks than go completely off plan. Wishing you the best of luck on your trip!

It's definitely a great feeling fitting into clothes again. Yesterday I had a sales rep show up at work who hadn't seen me in a month and he noticed my weight loss....said I was fading away to nothing. Not that I need outside attention to boost my motivation but it gave me a boost. Feels good when other people besides my DH notice (he's always been extremely complimentary).
Today a total stranger approached me while I was getting on the train (I commute into the city for work) and told me I look amazing, that she's wanted to tell me forever and that I'm an inspiration. Well, blow me over with a feather, it was so sweet and unexpected, a great way to start the day! Especially since this has been an almost no loss week for me thanks to TOM. Sigh. I liked him better when he didn't show up for a year or more!!

I can feel you about the no loss week - my body is teasing me something awful. THISCLOSE to goal and I clocked in a 0.4lb loss today! Also have some C issues so I know where the weight is, but it was definitely a *shake-fists-at-the-heavens* moment

The NOLA King cakes are starting to arrive at the office. Trying to be strong. I don't chew gum often but this morning I'm hoping it will help me. have a great Wednesday everyone.
