Default Rookie at this list not at dieting
Well for the zillionth time I gotta get the weight off. The problem is the older I get the harder it is...I look forward to the ideas from this group!

I know what you mean, illustrator5. I am 61 yrs old, and have promised myself this is the last time. The weight is coming off slowly ( only 2/10's of a pound last week and this week), but it's not a gain.

Take the time to read through the forums, there is a lot of wonderful information from current posters and former posters
