Hi there. I'm new to this forum. My name is Graham and I'm currently on a quest to shift some lbs in 2013. I'm looking forward to picking up some hints and tips from everybody.

Thanks. Yes, started well. 16lbs in 4 weeks is a pretty good start Long way to go yet though
