My husband and I have decided to start a family. My Dr. has requested I drop at least 50 lbs before conception although I plan on more, so here I am! Doing a low carb plan (Dr.'s advice), but could use support from anywhere!
Low carbing can some time to adjust to, but it is pretty easy and fantastic when you get the hang of it. Are you doing a specific plan (Atkins, SouthBeach, etc.) or just counting carbs? Good luck!
