Hey guys!
Was just wondering at what weight (if you have experienced this before) did you start to notice a much slower weight loss rate than previously? Obviously it's harder for a 110lb person to lose 5lbs than it is for a 250lb person, but I've started to notice a slower weight loss recently and got quite curious about what weight other people started noticing this at! I started at 240lbs and am today at 166lbs, think I started slowing down when I was between 175-180lbs. How about you?
