Talking Hello Fellow Fat Busters!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm not much of a forum person usually but I thought this one in particular might help. I'm 25, female, with 100+ lbs to lose. Today would be day two of my journey. I'm turning a corner in life. No more excuses. Responsibility, hard work, dedication, and patience are my new ways of living.

So far, I'm not minding what I'm eating, but rather focusing on portions and calories. I'm starting at 1800. I'm pacing myself, and keeping my chin up. One baby step at a time.

Glad to meet you.

Welcome! I find these forums make it easier to stay on track! Giving and receiving support, and getting to know people going through the same thing, sets up some accountability. I think you should find a place you are comfortable on here and start posting!

Welcome brambles and lace! Hope you are having a good week so far, once you get into the groove you will do great!

Just think of it as one pound at a time, you can do it. I am down 99.4 as of this week and still in shock when I look at the scale, I can't believe I did it. If I can do it, anyone can!

Good luck!
