Hi, I've joined the forum to chat to fellow dieters as I feel I may be boring my colleagues and non dieting friends with my diet chat.
I have unfortunately been a yo-yo dieter since I was about 14.
This time I am loosing weight to be more heathly and for my wedding.
I am aiming to lose 6st in total. I have already lost 1 1/2st since early December.
I found that losing weight for my wedding to be pretty easy- the last few weeks I was under so much stress that I lost 10 lbs by doing NOTHING but worrying lol I don't recommend that you go that way but having a special event to look forward to does help.
