Ok so hear I am, my name is Tammi and I'm 29, the mother of one precocious four year old and the wife of a computer programer/JD.
I'm wanting to lose about 35 to 40 lbs.
I have been working with a nutritionist and I have seen some progress, but I think it's time I stepped things up a notch. I can not have more than 3000 mgs of sodium a day so that means everything homemade and freash.
