Hi everyone!
I weighed myself last wk b/c I was going to make a change. I thought I knew how much I weighed, but to my shock and horro I was about 35lbs heavier. I was stunned & hurt that I had allowed myself to slide so far "up" the scale.
So here it is a wk later & I've stuck to my diet, even started to work out. I guess I'm writing b/c I/m trying so hard to stick to it. I feel like my life depends on it. But dammit I want a damm cup of butter pecan ice cream lol

I guess I just needed to vent. Craving has passed.
