Question

Just wondering if this type of exercise is like Tae-Bo and if anyone has any comments about it.

I'm interested in T-Tapp as well. I've gone to the site but it really doesn't explain the method on there and when I tried to see a preview on the workout I couldn't download throttle box to view it. If there are any T-Tappers out there could you please jump in and give us the low down on this program? I hate to invest in something that wouldn't be right for me. Thanks in advance.

If anyone is interested, I am on day 3 of my T-Tapp boot camp and lemme tell ya, I can feel it. No doubt, I'm on to something!

Tell me, tell me, tell me! How has bootcamp been for you?

I am totally interested in T-Tapp since I downloaded all the previews and gave it a run myself. Felt the burn quite quickly! Let me know how you like it.

Hi Abby, I was beginning to think I was all alone out here!

Day three was tough, day four was REALLY hard but I can totally feel it in my hips and thighs. I'm told that my abs will start to pull tighter as I get strong enough to let them do more of the work, but I'm going to get Hit the Floor (the ab tape) soon.

I quite enjoy it and I have no doubt I'll be reporting results when I measure this Fri, which will only be Day 8 of my Boot Camp...I'm planning to do 14.

If you can stick to an exercise program, I highly recommend this one...however, stay tuned for my results on Friday!

As you're doing it, just really concentrate on that form, form, form...it's SOOOO hard to remember to keep my toes forward, my knees out, butt in, stomach tight, shoulders back, chest out, and spine straight but I'm getting there. You know it's serious when you "feel it" just getting into position!
