I am back to 3FC after a long break. So much has been going on in my life some good and some not so good. Stress is a huge part of my life and sadly when stressed I eat.
After my visit with the doctor today I decided I have to get back to taking care of me if I am to care about the rest of the family here.
I live in Orting Wshington a short drive to Seattle or Mount Rainer.
