Hi everyone! I just signed up for WW online and would love to hear about some of your successes, warnings, advice, etc. This is only day 2 and so far it's been fairly easy for me so I'm skeptical that it's going to work for me. Thanks in advance!

TRACK EVERYTHING. I have been on WW for about 5 weeks, and have had a loss every week. But I track everything. I keep it on my mind all day long. I read the articles on the website, I browse and save recipes for later, and I am not down on myself if I dip into my extra weekly points. That's what they are there for!

Recently, I have been tracking my whole day of food in the morning with my coffee. That way I have no surprises. If I stay on plan I end up with an extra cache of points at the end of the night for whatever (ok ok, it's wine! :P)

Great luck to you! And welcome to 3fc!

Along with what Smashlers said about tracking, plan ahead as much as you can. I figure out my meals a week in advance and I track my entire day either that morning or the night before. It really helps keep me on task and I know if I have extra points to play with. But I also stay flexible if something unexpected pops up or I"m going out to dinner, have an event, am hungry, etc.

Don't be afraid of the weekly points, they are there for you to use!

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day (in my case, it's also usually my biggest) and stay hydrated. A lot of the time we feel hungry it's really dehydration so drink plenty of water.

And this is a great place for information, so don't ever be afraid to ask questions in the forums
