Hello everyone! I will be starting my Wonder Slim diet on Monday. I am really excited and a bit nervous. I have done meal replacement diets in the past and had success. However, this time around I would like to stay on it longer to see more weight loss.
My long term goal is 80lbs. To keep myself motivated, I will be setting mini goals which will be 15lbs per month.
I would love to have a weight loss buddy or just support in general to help keep me on track
