I am new to this site, but not to the weight loss battle. I am determined that this is the year that I finally lose weight for good. I weigh 207 and would like to weigh 155 or less. I am getting back on track with healthy eating and have recently discovered the joy of Zumba. Has anyone else had success with Zumba? I am a single mom with not much time or money for expensive gyms. I love to dance!
