Default Finished week 1, thought I'd introduce myself...

Hi, I am finishing week one. This week I mainly did calorie counting. I am down 1.5 lbs. I thought I'd lose more but I'm happy w/ any loss. I did go over on thursday and Friday. I have decided to switch to weight watchers old momentumn plan as of today. I have all of my material and found a great app that has the points calculator for this older points system. Still searching for some more apps or websites but I think I will do better w/ the points knowing I have the 35 extra to fall back on instead of feeling like a failure if I go over my calories a smidge. I'd love to find others doing the old ww plan.

I have done WW in the past, I like the points better than counting calories for some reason, too! I am using MyFitnessPal for the time being though. It is free and I think it is easier to navigate than the WW online tools. The biggest thing is actually putting everything in! I am hoping the iPhone will help with that!
Congrats on your loss this week! Definitely in the right direction!

I loved the old WW plan - I lost 30 Ibs on it and barley lost anything when they changed it to their new flex points problem. Do you know if there are any website that still have the information for how to do the old plan? I'd love to find it and do it on my own again too!

Thanks, everyone!!! For the last post, if you google weight watchers momentum you might find something. I ran across a few different ones but can't remember the names right now.
