Long time lurker here, looking for support for the last half of my weight loss journey. Went from my highest of around 250 at the end of high school to about 178 last spring (It took me about 6 years ). Stress is a killer though and I gained 20 of those hard lost pounds back this fall :0. So I am looking to get back into gear and really get those last pounds off. Who's ready to join me?
