Hello everyone! I'm finally ready to start my journey of health and weight loss. I've given half-hearted attempts in the past, but this time I'm seeking out support and dedicating myself to achieving my goals!
A bit about me: I'm 21 and from Australia. I currently weigh 120kgs (around 265 pounds). Ultimately, I want to lose half of myself (with an UGW of 60kgs/135 pounds). I'm not interested in fast fads or miracle cures, I want to change my lifestyle, my dietary choices and my exercise habits. I've made so many excuses in the past- I'm happy with my appearance, I have too many pretty clothes, I'm too addicted to food to make a change. But no more. I don't want to live my life morbidly obese, missing out on so much.
I would love a weight loss buddy (we can help keep each other motivated!) and can't wait to become an active member in this online community
