Default I will not hide my 2013 xmas pics!!!
Hello all

2013 here I come...weightwatchers it is for me this time around, just got all the christmas photos back and I have to say...its pretty bad. My children are obsessed with the facebook mode of communication and my instistance that no pictures of me are posted is giving them a very negative message! Then I realised I havent allowed any pictures of me to be displayed anywhere for over 4 years!!!

So I hit 40 this year, am very single and completely fat...I am working my way through uni as a mature student, single parent and not so secret depressive lol, things have to improve.

Would love some moral and practical support and I will do everything in my power to support you back...

Hello to both of you & welcome to the forum

It's a shame that you are embarrassed of the pics, but I can certainly relate to being the same back in my bigger days when I was more camera shy.

I don't mean to be a debbie downer... but I lost 60 lbs this year and when I got my x-mas photos back... they looked just as bad! My brother takes them and I had a revelation that he obviously does not take them right when it comes to me.

But I took a whole bunch over the year that looked pretty decent. So that made me happy. I added a few to my facebook page that made me look downright young.

I know what you are saying but just keep it in mind.

thank u all and @ annerue, I know what u mean, my family arent exactly professionals but i cant blame them for the double chins, inflated chest and bloated face not to mention the face full of food in each pic lol

thanks all, well I have managed 7lbs this week, I underestand that is a one off and am hoping for the standard 1.5 / 2lbs next week but pleased as punch at that so I will take it...hows your weeks been? x
