I had a loss of 2.5lbs show up the day after, but I've had a couple slips since then so lord knows what's gonna show after the weekends over, lol. I hate it when all my cravings happen at one time! But then maybe that's a good thing; get it all out of my system at once so i can get back on track and not eat horribly again for another 3 months lol

I was up three pounds a couple of days ago, and then I ate ham for a couple more days, so I plan to wait until I off-load some fluid before weighing. I didn't really overeat hugely, but at my size every bite counts. I ate small bites/servings of lots of different things and they add up.

I've just decided to weigh in tomorrow morning, even though I normally weigh on Tuesday. I want a reality check. Will let you know. Worried.

I had a .5 loss the day after Christmas, but still have one more event to get through. As many of you, I have had a string of on- off. Days. I'm thinking it will take a month to really get an idea of what my stats are. I wanted to be at 159 by Jan 1 but well I don't think it will happen.

I actually lost a few pounds over the holidays, but it was a struggle not to indulge in holiday goodies

I went off track for longer than just Christmas! At least the week before, and I could still be doing a lot better right now.

But I stepped on the scale today and I still weigh the same. It was later in the day after I ate lunch too. So while I didn't lose, I'll also take it!

I actually lost 2lbs over Christmas, probably the first time I didn't overeat at Christmas in my life! Bad choices just don't seem worth it to me now.

I gained which is part of my motivation to join this website and start getting real about what I've been eating. Basically I let myself have a food free-for-all from Halloween until now. Ugh! I do it every year and every year I regret it. I don't know why I feel like I get a free pass during the holidays. Maybe because I associate food with holiday traditions?

Anyway, I feel gross and I can tell my body is ready for a re-start.

Lost a pound between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and lost 2.2 pounds between Halloween and Thanksgiving. Not a bad holiday season!

I didn't have a great Christmas diet wise... To date I've been off plan for about a week aaargh. It's still been my healthiest Christmas period yet: I'm usually one of those people who goes nuts on food for the whole month of December!

I maintained!

I did indulge a bit here and there, but made sure it was something I really, really wanted that does not appear the rest of the year.

I tracked it all, the good the bad and the ugly.

I did manage to get in a minimum of 2 workouts a week and we get swamped at work this time of year with boarding animals so that helped with the activity level.

Also drove 40 miles on Thursday night to go to a WW meeting since my local meeting is on Tuesday, and well that was Christmas! It was a nice change of pace to go to a different meeting and meet new people.

I'm off until Wednesday, and while I'm going to enjoy my days off, I will be glad to get back to a regular routine. Throw out the last of the cheese ball, even though I made it and it's not that bad, it's too tempting, and of course you've got to have crackers. The leftover salami, will go in the DH's lunch box.

Now, I have a 3/4 full can of open pumpkin and 2 ripe bananas. Anyone have a recipe to mix the 2! Custard, smoothie, cheesecake with FF cream cheese?
