I'm trying for a 3rd time to keep this weight off. I'm starting now at 215lbs (how do I get one of those weight loss trackers everyone has?) Semi-short story here.. I'm 28. I got pregnant at 20 and weighed 170lbs. I was happy with that seeing I'm 5'9". Had a rough pregnancy and spent the last 5months on bed rest. After I had my daughter my weight stayed at 230 for a few years and then somehow I got the strength to loose 70lbs. I held my weight at 160lbs until Last year, I blame it on a combination of meds and my weight shot up to 215. By may of this year I was down to 180lbs working hard at the gym and eating healthy. Now.. It's december about to ring in the new year and I'm back up to 215. I'm going to a new Dr tomorrow and I'll be talking about any possible thyroid issues and hopefully start to treat my ADHD again (which I believe at this point is out of control and litterally has me at a stand still like someone threw a pebble into something similar to a watch mechanism.) I can't organize myself enough to workout any type of routine and if I get a start on it, I end up finding myself organizing the canned food in my kitchen instead. I bought the Zumba Rush for Kinect today and I'm excited to give it a try since dancing has always been a passion of mine. My goal is to get back to 160lbs. I'm crossing my fingers. It's nice to meet you all and I'm exccited to be a part of a community like this..
