Default NSV, I worked out today despite 10,000 excuses

I have an almost 6 week old baby (as well as a 2 year old) and despite a million excuses as to why I can't work out (I don't have time, it's too hard with 2 kids, he might wake up, blah blah blah)... I worked out!!!!!!!!! Granted, it was a 20 minute Youtube video and nothing like I used to do, but I did it, and I am proud And lucky that my 6 week old actually let me do it too!!!

I love working out but my children make it very hard right now, and unfortunately that excuse leads to more excuses... BUT IT JUST HAS TO BE DONE!!!! I did NOT maintain for so many years by procrastinating or making excuses!

Good job! I am 70 years old and I still remember how difficult life was with a new baby and and old baby. Keep up the good work.

Great job, mama! I have a 3.5 year old son and a daughter who will turn 2 next month... I totally understand!

The best thing I did (for fitness reasons, but more so for my sanity!) was joining a gym that had nursery care. It helps so much to have that hour or so a day to focus on me.

Thaks all, I appreciate the encouragement!!! I'm even down 1lb (only so much I can do nursing a 6 week old!).

I even did day 3 today!! Whoo hoo. NO EXCUSES.

Even when you've got a 40lb toddler sitting on your stomach when you do butt bridges. Extra resistance?
