I use Loseit! It counts everything. And lets you add your own recipes. And you can have friends and join challenges and earn badges. Love it! Oh, and it has a scanner so if you have the bar code of the food you want, you can scan it with your phone and it goes in instantly.
Thanks girls, I'll try to figure out fitness pal, and look at Lose it as well, to see what is easier for me to do . . . I'm sort of computer and app slow . . . but I know it has worked for some and I want to make it work for me.
Does anyone know how many carbs we should have a day . . . those are what I am worried about as per my pre-diabetes . . . or do the apps tell us???

I would discuss that with your doctor or an RD if at all possible... and the ADA site might be of some help with that as well...
Yes..... Mfp has everything. and a HUGE database. and for my foods (Indian) Mfp has them!! :O
And loseit! does not
plus in mfp friends are too cool. you can just send someone a friendreq with message that you'd love to be wtloss buddies and they accept it soon. but in loseit! people don't
I have ALL my friends use mfp. So, I go by mfp
And you can google search once about amount of carbs etc needed.
Ok?
