Has anyone signed up for his program? I recieve the free daily email from him and he's very non-judgemental and sort of motivating (I'm such a coach potato, excerice is an annoying "I really should, but not right now" type thing for me)
He talks about ignoring your negative voice that is keeping you from succeeding and you deserve to lose 1-3 pounds of week...etc.
