I am glad to be here, this seems like a very supportive environment!
I have been overweight for the last 14 years and as Einstein says, doing the same thing over while expecting different results is insanity. So, as I have basically no support system locally I have decided to join this forum, and I am going to be using weight watchers PP (there are no weight loss groups here locally.) I look forward to hanging out here.
