Newbie
Hello,
I am new, obviously. Thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. I am 29 (30 in a couple of weeks). Have been overweight my whole life. My highest that I am sure of, as I avoided the scale for a long long time, was 320. I have lost somewhere around 35 pounds so far. It's been about 4 months. Started out with just food eating habits. Cutting out the soda, fast food, and deserts. Switching to more healthy options. Somewhere around the half way mark I integrated small amounts or exercise in. Then just last week I joined a gym, and hired a personal trainer. I really enjoy lifting, and found that I am a whole lot stronger than I thought I was. Don't really know what else to say. It's nice to meet all of you.
