Drinking something warm makes me feel full for a little while. Sometimes when I am feelingthe need to just eat something having a cup of hot tea or sugar free hot apple cider cures me.

All good suggestions here. Anything with lots of protein and/or fiber helps me. Water, especially hot drinks like tea, are great for feeling full too. I've also recently begun eating full bars, which for 150-180 cals leave me feeling like I've eaten a much bigger meal.

I would say eggs for sure! One of my favorite breakfasts is sauteeing some veggies in olive oil and then adding an egg, so it's not really an omelet, but just a mixture of egg and veggies. It keeps me full all morning!

Boiled eggs definitely. And veggies. I also find shiritake noodles to be filling, but I can't always get them here.

Thick soups/stews/chili, often made with lots of veggies. 1 cup is usually enough and can be under 100 calories. I always keep several types on hand in my freezer. Currently I have beef stew, curry lentil soup, butternut squash soup, chicken chili, and Asian chicken rice soup. Each one is low calorie, filling, and delicious.
