New here. Tomorrow will be my 2nd WI. Lost 8 lbs and 2.75 inches my first week. Today for breakfast I'm having the herb eggs for the first time. I plan to add mushrooms to it. Wish me luck.
Breakfast--Crispy cereal pancake, WF apple butter, coffee, WATER
Lunch--Big salad, 2 oz tuna, WATER
Snack--Vanilla pudding smoothie, WATER
Dinner--Lettuce tacos, WATER
Snack--Hot Chocolate drink, WATER
Breakfast: Balanced Protein veggie cheese omelet with 1 cup sauteed mushrooms, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD
Lunch: Romaine salad with chopped HB egg, mushrooms & red bell pepper (gotta use up those mushrooms!), ProtiDiet white cheddar crisps
Dinner: Tuna patties, broccoli and cauliflower
Snack: Peppermint mocha (coffee mixed with a cocomint creme pudding/shake packet)
*The tuna patties are made from 1 can of tuna (about 4 oz meat). The recipe calls for 1 egg (2 oz protein equivalent), so I added a HB egg to my lunch salad for the last 2 oz protein for the day. The tuna patty recipe is on Fat Secret, and I substituted the onions for a few TBSP of chopped celery and seasoned with onion powder for the flavor.
B: coffee, IP vanilla pudding w/pumpkin pie spice
L: 1 c red bell pepper, IP chocolate drink, herbal tea
S: IP cappucino drink, herbal tea
D: Not sure, either grilled pork chops w/roasted broccoli or out to eat somewhere - will be salmon and salad

L: cauliflower pancakes w/WF syrup, IP banana pudding, WATER
D: roast chicken breast w/WF BBQ sauce, roasted brussel sprouts & celery, WATER

L:cookies made from 1 IP oatmeal and 1 Proti-diet vanilla drink
