Default The worlds most boring diet

hi i'm simon and in the last 14 months i've lost nearly 100lb using this diet with my excersies regieme.

breakfast. porridge oats. with skim milk and 1 tbl spoon honey
2 glasses of water

10.am apple glass of water

13.00 brown rice vegtables and grilled medium sized breast of chicken. 1 big glass of water 1 bannana

17.00 same as lunch. but have 2oz of vanila ice cream instead of bannana

i don't eat after 18.00 if i feel hungry i have more water a tall glass and just down it in one.

drinks during the day i avoid milk. so i have jasmine tea. any green tea is cool as many as i like. and the occasional cup of black coffee maybe 1 a day.

and thats it the only change i make is every 3 days i cut the chicken in half and replace one half with a poached egg.

and i've been living off this for 12months only stopped recently.

Default occasioal changes

occasionally i'll replace the chicken with fish. boiled or poached trout or salmon occasionally grilled salmon.

and if i have any i add flax seed oil to the rice but it tastes really disghusting.

hi, good for you that is great you sure have lost alot. your plan sounds like a good solid one and so glad its helping you. thanks for sharing it with us. i like getting good ideas of different things to eat. keep it up... LaDean

For a change of pace, you might replace your apple and banana during the day with some other kinds of fruit-a cup of orange juice or an orange, 1 cup of watermelon, cantalaupe, or honeydew...or a cup of strawberries or pineapple in juice.
