Hi there

My name is Róisín (Pronounced Ro-sheen)

I am 20 years old & I live in Ireland.

I'm currently working as an Intern in Broadband company. Today it finally hit home that I need to change my lifestyle. My mini goal is to be able to start rugby next summer and my ultimate goal is to reach a healthy weight.

I guess what I need most is some support during my journey as I come from a family of healthy athletes, so I don't feel they will understand and be able to help as much as people who are and who have been in my situation.
