Hi, this is what I did. I packet crispy cereal, crushed, 2 egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 t. vanilla. Mix it all up and use it like pancake batter. You can add cinnamon to it also, which I will probably do next time I make it.
