Default Trying to get off my butt and back to Bikram

I love Bikram yoga, it kicks my butt and I feel great, eat healthier and tend to lose weight the fastest when I do it. I haven't been in a while, so that first class is always the hardest to DRIVE to, once I'm there I'm golden. Just looking for some motivation!

do it. you're going to appreciate the class,and you know you're going to feel much better after.

i have practiced for a long time, and the personal trick is- it's the hardest to go back after 3 + days (i have a daily practice).

go release some toxins!
