Debbie, I would try to get another packet in, you need 3 per day. Your body needs the protein.

It looks like you cut back dinner protein to compensate
Have the third packet
And put one in your car & one in your purse for emergencies!
(I have a stash of emergency bars...purse, car, desk at work)

Where's the rest of your 4 c veggies?

It looks like you cut back dinner protein to compensate - Yes, that's why only 5oz
Have the third packet OK, will do
And put one in your car & one in your purse for emergencies! For sure don't wan't to get stuck with nothing again
(I have a stash of emergency bars...purse, car, desk at work)

Where's the rest of your 4 c veggies? I've never been a big veggy eater so no way I can squeaze 4 cups in at dinner, might try and have brocolli and maybe 1/2 a cuccumber, hope that's enough

Debbie, try putting a c. of fresh spinach in a chocolate pudding packet and make it into a shake. You won't taste the spinach and it will help you get your veggies in.
