Default Mmm...Chilean sea bass...

...but how many calories? I've seen everything from 30 cal/oz to 60 cal/oz. I'm thinking the 40 range is most accurate; it seems lighter and less fatty than my other favorite salmon at 60/oz.

I love Chilean Sea Bass... I did a quick search and was pretty surprised to see the wide calorie range... and also some of the sites listed its cholesterol amount at 0mg per serving which is not accurate... So I guess nutrition info for foods isn't exactly "exact" all the time... Sounds like you're in the ballpark with your estimate though...
