Phase 1:
Breakfast: Milk chocolate drink IP packet + spinach (1/2 cup raw) shake
Lunch: Herb omelette packet scrambled with 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup mushrooms
Dinner: 6 oz. steak, 1 cup roasted cauliflower, and 1 cup stir-fried turnips/bell peppers/whatever other veggies I find in the fridge.
PM Snack: Wild berry IP packet shake.

If I did my math right you are missing 1 cup of veggies.

Lunch: IP chicken Patty mix, over romaine lettuce and 1 cup of celery. Topped with warden farms raspberry salad dressing ( I mix in my olive oil and sea salt with dressing) and 1 cup of collars greens.
Dinner: 10 oz pork chop with broccoli and cauliflower
Snack: IP Caramel nut bar
