I'm addicted to the show! Not sure if anyone else watches it. But I'm watching the latest episode...and their "nutritionist," fitness expert Jenny Williams, is saying that carbonation causes cellulite? What?
I know soda isn't good for you, but to tell these women (and the audience watching) that carbonation causes cellulite?
Oh well. Aside from this nonsense (that looked really fake and staged. She even raided some of the girl's fridges to find their 'bad food') I still like the show a lot.
Good to know. It definitely seemed really fake, so I assumed she was brought in to create drama.
I much preferred the episodes in past seasons where Jay (?) would have them do boot camp and exercises.
Aha! I knew it had to be something else, it could not have been all the food I shoved in my mouth while doing almost nothing but sitting on the couch all these years! I was innocent! All along I was the victim of the evil I wasn't aware of. It was the soda, damn you fizzy soda, look what you have done to me, LOL.
