Fat belly diet ?
I am new to all this but am a " professional " dieter and am thinking of trying the fat belly diet to take off 25lbs . I never really stick to any program without changing things or a tiny bit of cheating.
The most successful eating plan for me was 800 - 900 cals a day. ,for a year and I did lose 75 lbs and kept 60 off for years until menopause .
Another successful diet for me was something called the Beverly Hills diet ,back in the 80's which was all about food combining and pineapple. it was good for a quick 10 - 15 lb loss.
I am blessed with good health ,no problems with blood pressure and I take no medication of any kind . My food choices are generally healthy .I stay away from sugar ,most all dairy and ,for the most part stay gluten-free .
I never drink soda of any kind .
So where did this 25 extra lbs come from ? And how can I get rid of it ?
